Welcome to the web site of the Union of Noncommercial Organizations of Social Activity and Civil Initiatives. The Union was registered on February 9, 2007, and it unifies more than 40 noncommercial organizations having from three to thirteen years of experience in 30 regions of the Russian Federation.

Member organizations of the Union are charitable, they have the following objectives for the Russian people: forming a healthy lifestyle, preventing chemical addiction, rehabilitating addicts of alcohol and/or drugs, fighting against child homelessness, and helping homeless people and HIV/AIDS patients.

The Union cooperates effectively with many state and non-state institutions.
